Kizzy McCray-Sheppard is the Limitless Thought Leader, and Founder of Limitless Possibilities 

Now™. Kizzy is a devoted woman of God, a wife, mother, speaker, and best-selling author. She spent some of the best years of her life serving in the United States Air Force. Her mission continues in her work as a mentor and nurse practitioner. Her purpose is to inspire and encourage others to live their dreams and aspirations while focusing on self-care.

Kizzy earned a Bachelor of Science in social psychology from Park University; a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Georgia Southern University at Armstrong; and a Master of Science in nursing from Chamberlain University.

She has appeared in multiple publications, including NY Weekly, Famous Times, CEO Weekly, ABC, NBC, and Fox News. She is a sought-after talk show and podcast guest. Kizzy has delivered keynotes for the Shawn Fair Leadership Experience Tour, the Comeback Champion Summit, and the United States Department of Veterans. She serves on the boards of the Oasis Family Center in Williston, FL., and the Nettie Mae Berry organization in Gainesville, FL. 

Kizzy believes in planting seeds of knowledge into every person she encounters while creating a legacy of love and inspiration. One of her greatest joys is encouraging others to live a life without limits, which inspired her to expand her God-given talent as a transformational speaker and coach. 

She teaches professionals and women how to reduce stress by integrating self-care practices into their daily lives. Her presentations and coaching courses are designed to inspire one to live limitlessly, to create balance in business, parenting, and health, all while harmoniously maintaining joy in marriage.
